Holy Trinity Catholic School's Annual Gala is the largest and most important fundraiser of the year. The evening event brings our school community together while raising money to support our operating budget and special initiatives that will enhance and support our curriculum, athletic programs, facilities, and faculty. We include a live auction, silent auction, raffles, dinner, drinks, and dancing to raise funds for the school to continue its commitment to superior Classical Catholic education.

especially if you have a personal connection to acquire the donations!
The HTCS Gala committee has been working to secure donations. Before you reach out to a local
restaurant or business, please run your idea by our committee at [email protected] to ensure a
donation has not been requested already.
In order to be recognized in the Gala print materials, donations must be received by April 3, 2023 and a
donation form must accompany the item. If you have ideas of how we can partner to promote your

One of the perks of this location is that there is a hotel attached to the conference center. A limited number of rooms will be available at a discounted room rate for our guests. Now is your chance to create special memories for your child with Teacher Treasures. Whether they are having a Teddy Bear Picnic outside, helping out as Teacher For a Day, celebrating with an Ice Cream Party, or having a Luau Lunch, your child will love the chance to spend that extra time with our wonderful teachers!
Bidding begins early for the Teacher Treasures as a kick-off to the Gala!
Teacher Treasures will be available to bid on beginning March 5th at 6:00 p.m.
The bidding will close on Thursday, March 9th at 8:00 p.m.

We will have many wonderful silent auction items available this year. The silent auction will open on Friday, April 21st and will close on April 22nd at 10 p.m.
Categories include: HTCS Corner, Parish Corner, Beauty & Wellness, Entertainment & Recreation, Travel, Photography, Home Goods/Services/Electronics, Food & Beverage, and Sports.
Items can be claimed at the end of the evening to take home with you. For those not attending the Gala, items will be returned to the school and we will make arrangements for them to be picked up.
